The urgent care in Arcadia Shopping Center, South Highland Avenue is EXCELLENT. The doctor is caring, intelligent, thorough, and kind. The staff is efficient. And there are real people, not websites, to deal with. They are open from 2pm (or 3 - I don't remember) until 9 pm, and really do help! This is the doctor's entrepreneurial activity - not a chain, or a group, or a huge organization. I am thinking of switching to her permanently. The first really good medical experience I have had in a while.

She is so kind and caring, she takes her time with her patients. She listens to her patients and she answers all the questions you ask her. I was very happy with my experience here. As a physician, I have very high standards for what constitutes great medical care, and this urgent care center delivered. Dr. Pani is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and an excellent physician. When she’s caring for you, she dedicates to you all the time that’s required to have your issues addressed. It’s hard to find a physician that’s not always in a rush, and the care and compassion I received was genuine and thorough. And yet, the wait time was minimal and I was cared for immediately when I walked through the door. The staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is new and state of the art. I would recommend my friends and loved ones to be cared for by Dr. Pani and Immediate Medical Care MD.

El Comité de Padres Hispanos de Ossining rinde un merecido homenaje a la Dra. Anupama Pani, declarándola HÉROE durante la pandemia de COVID-19. Trabaja en Immediate Medical Care MD en el condado de Westchester, donde ha demostrado un profesionalismo y carisma excepcionales, arriesgando su salud. Hoy reconocemos públicamente su arduo trabajo y la atención brindada a la comunidad de Ossining, especialmente a nuestras familias hispanas.
Se convirtió en un ángel para muchos de nosotros que nos sentíamos desesperados, desatendidos y rechazados por muchos médicos. No solo nos realizó pruebas de COVID, sino que también nos examinó personalmente; al mismo tiempo, nos dio medicamentos para aliviar los síntomas y la neumonía, salvando así muchas vidas. El horario de su consulta no importaba. Trabaja hasta altas horas de la noche. Ella fue la única que nos hizo sentir que no estábamos solos.
